Since i moved back from windows 11 to windows 10 i can't connect any bluetooth headset .
I bought a while ago a bluetooth receiver witch worked perfectly on win 11 but now when i switched on windows 10 it doesn't recognise any bluetooth device
I've tried 2 pairs of headsets didn't owrked , restarted the bluetooth services in services.msc
    Updated the drivers
I've run the troubleshooter nothing works
And yes the bluetooth it is on and the airplane is turned off

Can someone help me with this ?

Can you give the make and model please?

and Windows build as you were prompted?

When you connect it (I assume it's USB connected) is there any sign of its driver being installed?
    What do you see happening?

What do you see in these two cases: is bluetooth shown when your device is connected?

Note: with 1 or two recent Windows updates there has been mention in the notes about possible Bluetooth issues.

You can find these in the articles per update per build in the News section and see if they might be relevant.

Sometimes with certain bluetooth devices you will have restart the pairing process for the device to work again, I've experienced this especially after pairing my headsets with another computer or tablet. Windows won't connect unless I pair it again then all is well until I connect it with something else.

I use them for my work laptop as well ias i sad since migration to win 10 didn't had this problem , in any case after i leave the headphone open for a while they enter in the pairing mode and i still can't find them

Thank you for your reply. What are your settings here?

21H2 is a range of build numbers.

The forum asked (so we don't have to keep on and on asking) for the full build number (winver)
    like 19044.2130

Have you considered what I said about Windows Update notes?

What do you see if you try to Add a device?

Have you tried clicking the top check box as shown in my first screenshot?

A translation of your last screenshot might help- the working language here is English.

As to the article, no, not the most recent one.

Also try turning off Fast Startup. (That helped someone with this problem in one case)

I've clicked that box - nothing changes since it makes the PC visible witch i don't need

    Last screenshot :

    Add a device :

    - Bluetooth ( Mouse, keyboard , pen, audio or other types of bluetooth device )
    - Screen or wireless dock ( wireless monitors , TV's , witch uses Mirecast )
    - Other ( Xbox controller with wireless adapter DLNA and more )

Regarding that article , then witch one ?

Like you, I'd have to search for it. There was a thread on Bluetooth where I posted that within the last few weeks.

Add a device: go a couple further..
