ATI Radeon 300 driver problem

Hi,
I upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro, but my ATI Radeon 3000 series has 4 sides blacks sides, after the upgrade, on my 24-inch LED monitor Benq with Hdmi connection. The resolution 1920x1080 is correct. There was an upgrade of the drivers for Ati Radeon 3000 in the Windows update but the only one that has not been successful. I can not do overscan from AMD Vision Engine Control. I didn't understand if there is a solution and how do itI write from Italy and I hope that you understand my English.

sorry to bring this old thread back but those AMD legacy drivers are 64bit only. Here are the 32bit AMD legacy drivers Win10 users have to obtain (for those wanting to try out the 32bit edition of Win10).

And also here are the 32bit & 64bit links to the v8.970.100.9001 drivers; the 32bit version which I tested on a friend's PC using an ASUS M5A78L-M LE/USB3 board with onboard ATI/AMD 3000 graphics and Windows 10 Pro v1511 x86 edition. I first installed Catalyst v13.1, rebooted and then updated the graphics drivers to 8.970.100.9001 and they worked ok.

I am very computer illiterate. I see that Legacy is for the AMD Radeon HD 3000 Series but I have ATI Radeon 3000 graphics, are they the same? Thank you.

Yes.. They are the same. Legacy means it's the last latest driver for that hardware before Radeon HD 3000 went End-Of-Line.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I tried several things, and this was the first thing to actually work (and last thing to try before having to do a roll-back to previous build). My monitors HAD been working until build 1709 this morning. Now to go and protect the driver from future updates...

NOTE: There are newer versions now than v8.970.100.9001, however they didn't work - v8.970.100.9001 worked.
