What is the screen resolution that you are running at? Search for "screen resolution" and click the first result to open Settings. It should tell you there. The screen resolution's ratio should be 16:9 or 4:3, depending on the type of TV you have, HD or SD (it's probably HD).
Here is a guide to help you choose the correct resolution for your TV. How to use your TV as a computer monitor for gaming, videos, and more - CNET If it's a large HD TV, it should be 1920x1080.
right now i have it on 1080p thru the amd catalyst control thingy , and no matter the resolution i pick it still doesent stay confined to the screen.
