    File Explorer Showing Blank Thumbnail on Medium/Large Icons Option.


    this happened outa know where and havent found anyone else like this.
    ive tried every method out there

    Already tried this method and also tried cleaning thumbnail files in my ssd and it just messes up my computer after i wipe then my computer gets stuck at loading screen when booting back up.
    i literally tried every other method i found out there. i dont know if this is super rare but literally couldnt find anyone else with this problem.

    Have you tried rebuilding the Icon Cache?

    What file types are they? Can you turn on file extensions, because those file types may have no association with any program?

    there all mp4 extensions and jpeg png gif ect ect
    there all linked to windows media player when opened
      My Computer

    But, they're showing icons in List or Details view and Extra Large icons?

    only extra large icons and large icons dont show the rest do just fine

    If you double click any of those file types that you mentioned above that are not displaying icons, will a program open and view them?
