Battery and Location Icon in Notification Area missing - Win 10 Pro.

    it worked for me as well thanks.

    Dis-abling & re-enabling the adapters worked for me but I had to refresh the battery device list (scan for hardware changes) first as only one adapter was showing.

    The second device. 'microsoft acpi-compliant control method battery' was missing however once it updated I did as you suggested and works great cheers!

    It's simple


    Just open task manager, find "Windows Explorer" -> right click and end task. Then run new task and type explorer.exe to open it again. Amazingly your icons appear again :))). Just tell me if this help you.
