How do I change the system language

Hello. For some reason my computer installed windows 10 in Korean. Luckily I can understand a bit of Korean but I have tried changing all the location and language and keyboard settings back to english but everything still remains in Korean. It even says the main language is Korean. My usb that allows me to connect to the internet isn't working with windows 10 atm so I haven't got internet on my pc. I've tried all the settings on my pc and changed everything possible back to English but all remains in Korean. Not sure if I'm missing anything but it just wont work. Getting kinda frustrated, sorry if this is in the wrong section. Thanks to anyone that could help me.

    For reference

I tried making English the default language to use when going Settings -> Language and Time -> changing English to be my default. I also went into system locale and changed it to English but nothing. I tried restartng and signing out of my account and my pc several times. It shows Korean on the start screen too.

First off, you should find the correct drivers for your Wi-Fi adapter, then you can follow this tutorial on how to add languages to Windows 10.

I would not recommend this as, it's not an officially supported method by Microsoft. The source is not secure.

Yep I got the internet working. The website you both gave me, well I tried it but when I got to the final stage of browsing for it and selecting it, it says the language pack is already there so it wouldn't work.

    Hello.

Just installed Windows 10 on my laptop and my first issue was that everything was in Deutsch (I live in Germany but I prefer English for interfaces).
Anyway, it took me a bit but here's how I managed to change the Windows language and the System Language (outside the Windows account).

    Interface Language:
Start -> Settings -> Time and Language -> Region and Language -> Add a language (if your preferred language is not displayed) -> Download the language pack (don't know all the word for this, but just download everything) -> go back to Region and Language -> click on the installed language -> Set Default (first button from left to right) -> Log off -> Log on -> should work now :)
*: for me it didn't work the first time, but after some Windows Updates it changed the interface language for my account

    System Language:
Start -> Settings -> Time and Language -> Region and Language ->Additional date, time & regional settings -> now you should be in a window called Clock, Language & Region (the same as in Windows 7,8,etc) -> Change date, time, or number formats -> now a new window will appear called Region -> Administrative -> Copy settings from the "Welcome screen and new accounts" section -> Copy your current settings to "Welcome screen and new accounts" -> Ok -> Restart, all good.

Good luck and enjoy your new OS :)
