    Clicking on things in PC settings causes everything in the window to slightly shudder, and hovering over windows previews in the taskbar doesn't cause the whole name of the window to appear (I'm not sure if it ever did, but it should).

    "ESP" and the clock are obviously misaligned, being "ESP" correctly centered :)
    ESP stands for Extra-Sensory Perception. Maybe Cortana has been reading your mind, and she purposely did it just because she knew that it was going to annoy you?

    Incoming 4.5MB Gif

    The start menu waits for its animation to finish before it becomes accurate with what the mouse is pointing/clicking on.
    (it's 25% speed, but it's still annoying -_-)

    Wow, that would be really annoying.

    I've turned off animations (personal preference really), so that's not an issue for me.

    Here's what my performance options looks like:

    If you switch to tablet mode then back to desktop mode, the Start menu animates weirdly when first opened.

    Here's one.
    Type your password in wrong and it'll say "Welcome" before it says wrong password.

    The Keyboard and Notification icons on the taskbar are a different size than the Sound, Battery, and Wifi icons.
    Looks really amateur. Also notice how they have no common baseline. They jump up and down, jarring the eye.

    This is why Microsoft can't build a beautiful OS -- it seems they have no one who takes pride in their work, or who cares, and if they do, they are not in the position to do anything about it.

    For all who say that tiny details don't matter - did you know Steve Jobs PHONED GOOGLE (the manager in charge of iOS software) on the weekend, just so he could CHANGE THE SHADE OF YELLOW on an icon. That's attention to detail. That is why the UX still sucks on Windows. Because nobody cares.

    I do not like the font size on the main screen when computer is first boot into...The names of the users at the left bottom and the last user name in the middle of the screen. Too big

    The white bar at the top of some windows really annoyed me for a time until I managed to change its colour.

    And then, whilst not a UI issue as it is a design choice taken by Microsoft;

    Full circle effect for User account picture! Grrr! Anyone know if it's possible to turn off the border radius-like effect?
