I've just started my first of the day, it's my surface pro3, I've used the media creation tool and just selected the first update my PC option.

See step 3 here: How to Upgrade to Windows 10

I've a 8.1 macbook air and a Sony All-In-One to do after that.
Three computers, no updates forthcoming, so thanks to your above posting have successfully updated one.

    0 PC's.

    Not today.
I have 2 in house that I plan to upgrade at some point later in August after the dust settles.

I already have a 3rd test monkey PC with latest Win10 build preview on it which is enough to salve my thirst to
    play with new things.
I game a lot and Windows 7 is doing that fine so am going to wait to make sure the games I play will not have issues.
Plus, from my tests on my 3rd Test box with Win 10 on it the latest FORCED Nvidia drivers perform worse
than the last official drivers from NVIDIA website from last month. That is on a GTX970. Lower scores on PCMARK
graphics bench with those forced drivers from MS.
Also, waiting to make sure I can block unwanted FORCED driver push from MS. Stupid design by them.
In my experience over the decades, getting latest drivers for specific hardware can result in grief.
I don't need that forced on me.
    So, I wait.

reinstalled win 10 x64 again on my little Samsung netbook, I will let it settle (currently 100 CPU and 100 Disk), then update, install some Samsung software to make the fn keys work, remove some useless metro apps, defrag, ccleaner, reinstall everything again and check some netbook articles. Hopefully it was it settling down that made it awfully slow as stated in my prev msg .
