Link works for me. It lets you download a media creation tool.

What are you talking about? Pro images can be created with the tool. I just did it.

I'm curious what the 'N' versions are. In the tool I noticed "Windows 10 Home" "Windows 10 Home N" "Windows 10 Pro" and "Windows 10 Pro N".

N Versions are there for EU Anti-Competitive compliance, and do not include the Windows Media Player.
