No, mines at 0-1% while looking at the forum.
Finally went down to normal levels but now having issues with start menu, live tiles not working, classic shell crashes and where are the jump lists for the start menu?

That's after an upgrade or from ISO? I have notifications popping up too short to see and nothing in the Action Center when I look, the icon is white as if there is. I just tried the ISO and it still asked for a key, my Win 8.1 key didn't work; wonder if I should skip it and hope it activates through my MS account?

If you have the 'ok, notify me' message when clicking the icon Run command prompt as administrator and enter in "wuauclt.exe /updatenow", this should start the update :)

Just updated to Win 10. Had to go to control panel to get it to install, as the icon in the task bar still stated I had to wait, lol.
Running perfect, so uninstalled the .old folder etc, clearing 25Gb off the drive.

No did upgrade from files that were downloaded to system which by the way that folder is still there, So far everything is working well but no live tiles and i though there were jump lists in start menu!

Is it safe to delete this folder now ? $Windows.~BT

I don't think you can, it's all automatic...

Once you upgrade and make or get ISO, do a clean install and if you sign in with same MS account, you shouldn't have to use any keys, it will be activated thru MSA server.
It still asks for a key (Win 8.1 key doesn't work), if I skip it will it be activated through MSA?

I have my key! I bought 7 outright back in 2009 during the initial launch then. The Media Creation Tool is now downloading direct from MS to create the USB Installation Key for both the 32bit and 64bit 10 Pro edition . I will still use the ISO option afterwards by running the tool a second time since you can pick the edition of course with the second build here 7 Pro and choose 32bit, 64bit, or both on one media.
