Mine downloaded in two pieces, first was 140mb then the rest about 29 mins later. Check your C: $windows-BT folder.
Yes, I am looking at the Properties of this $Windows.~BT folder right now: it says Size 140 MB, Contains 193 Files, 84 Folders. I don't know why it says 140 MB only, because I've just watched my PC downloading approx. 2.8 GB in the last hour. Anyway... When it will be its time it will come :)

Give it time and keep hitting refresh.

~3.76 GB in my Windows~BT folder. 2.746 GB esd file. On my desktop PC. On my laptop the Windows~BT folder is only 57 MB, and no esd file. Both are running Windows 8.1 Pro x64.

Other than 140 MB in the $Windows.~BT folder, the 2nd and possibly the main ISO (over 2 GB) is being copied to this folder - C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\0ef3a7b4ab9df805ef65cf251975f3c6

So if your C:\$Windows.~BT folder's size remains unchanged check in the Software Distribution folder.

I have 3 Win 7 computers that are turned on right now - one has finished the download (just under 6 gig for some reason) and one of the others has started, while the third has nothing yet.

    Ah, okay, I see!

Yes, I've just checked C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and the DOWNLOAD folder is 2.70 GB of size.

Anyway... when my download rate dropped so dramatically, down to zero, and after waiting a bit, I have rebooted. Nothing happened. I logged into my Win 7 64 bit Home Premium again. Right now it is downloading something again but at the very low rate of 60 - 80 KB/s.

I do not mind. I was not expecting any Upgrade today, anyway.

    :)

It might be limited to one device at a time per IP address. I have one PC that looks like its finished the download and another that only just started.

Don't have it yet. Although, I looked on my PC's this morning, and it said it had failed an update. I'll post a screenshot later of a better description of what I am talking about.

Have you rebooted the one that has finished? Has it upgraded to 10 today?
