Look at your update history to see which update failed.
I am not seeing any failed updates. One was canceled. But, that was for Windows Defender. I don't use Windows Defender.

Jesse Williams -- I see your screenshot and have the same message about " Upgrade to Windows 10 failed " at the same time that you have. I wonder if Microsoft is testing the update of Windows 10 through Windows Update before the launch day of Windows 10 after midnight (tonight).

By being an insider, were you meaning, those running Windows 10 versus those running 7 or 8.1? I have no Windows~BT folder on my Windows 10 PC. I wasn't really expecting to find one. I think that will just be one small patch delivered tomorrow to start things rolling. I'm not expecting a whole new 3 plus gig download if already running 10240.
Nope, Windows Insiders vs non-Windows Insiders, since some have said they're not Insiders but are getting downloads to their systems too. So I'm thinking that MS is getting them ready so when the Insiders are finished, the nons will start. Just a guess, though.

I have the Windows - BT folder on my Windows 10 installation; it's been there all along. I don't know why you aren't showing one.

Don't worry - it's streaming in to a temporary location. Check your net activity/modem lights...

if its reserved it will download on its own

only thing I can think is leave your pc for a while, don't use it, see if this starts it going
