This is how I think it works. I have 2 laptops and 2 desktop PC's. All I need is for one of them to have all the files needed for the upgrade. If that PC is on my network it supplies the files to the other PC's so they don't have to download them all over again from Microsoft. It will work like bit torrent does. Seeds and peers. Multiple sources for the files you need to complete the full download.
