Problems with Build 10240

Win 10 has had some issues with updating drivers without completely removing previous versions causing conflict. I would try completely removing the driver and running Windows Update again. If that doesn't work, download Win 10 drivers from the manufacturer of your system or you can try Conexant Audio Software for Windows 10 from Lenovo.

fracking4oil, I have an Acer. Will the Lenovo drivers work on an Acer product? Also, I will most definitely try that once the upgrade is rolled out to me if there is still no sound.

I don't know if the Lenovo driver will work, but I don't see how it could hurt to try.

erm, heres a quote from microsoft (10240 aint RTM but one step closer):
