For ease of searching, once you have opened Sources, click on the Name tab, which will alphabetize everything. Now just scroll down to things starting with I and you should be able to find it.

I am giving below my C:\$Windows.~BT\sources folder with names tab alphabetized near i letter.

OK, hopefully someone here will be able to help, because that's exactly what I did and as you saw, I have install.esd. It doesn't disappear for me, so I'm not sure why yours isn't there.
