    As mentioned 2x in this thread, Macrium will either do a clone or an image, your choice. If you choose to clone the drive, and you have a HD failure, you swap in the cloned drive and you are back up and running in less then 5 minutes. It makes an exact duplicate. Here is a typical shot of my C: Win 10 drive, Build 10166

    Buy a software licence for Macrium . Install macrium on a bootable flash drive.
    Use a USB disk drive of suitable size to clone to.
    I am sure that is cheaper than buying a linux based box that does just that.
