downloading windows 10 from creation tool
can i choose between pro and home versions if i choose the "windows 10" option instead of the "windows 10 home single language" option? since i maybe dont want it in english since i'm not?

Microsoft's Media Creation Tool downloads .iso or USB install media that can install both the Home and Pro version. For upgrading an existing install of an older version of Windows it will choose a version based the system being upgraded. For a clean install on a PC that doesn't yet have a licence for 10 you can choose to install as Home or Pro, but you'll have to buy the appropriate licence to activate it.

The decision to install Home or Pro is done during the install process. The ISO contains the files needed to install either one. There is drop down menu to select other languages when you run the tool.

just needed to reinstall the computer, was so much clusterducks on it... solved!
