As I will not have time to follow this, I tell you what have to do next:
If your Native OS Lang is UK and you MUST HAVE US, then go to Panel Control> Languages
    - Choice "Add a Language" and choice US. Next, go to the "Options" of this Language a see if there is a "Language Available" option, if so press that option and Windows will Download and Install the complete package for Display and Keyboard Input
    - in Options for US Language, choose "Add an Input Method" and choice GR Keyb
    - do the same for UK language, but do not add any Keyb Input for it
    - after all Packages are installed, move your US Language to top
    - go to the Advanced Settings , change the Settings "Override Windows Display..." and choice US
    - If you want to GR Input as Default, then change the "Override Input"
    - Now, choose the "Apply Language Settings to Welcome, Accounts..." and copy settings
    - Reboot
    - Go again to Control Panel> Languages and Remove Display Languages for GR and UK
    - Reboot again

Now the system is configured to have US Display, US Keyb and GR Keyb. You should be able to cycle with Win+Space bar thru the 2 Keyb Input.
If UK Keyb still shows up, then the only solution I see is to do a Windows Repair ( Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade - Windows 10 Forums)
