[QUOTE=Railtech;869901]Not talking about a clean install. What I am suggesting is what was once known as an In Place Upgrade, now called a Refresh or Reset. Does not remove any programs, user files, nothing. Just rewrites the Windows System files.
the windows upgrade tool doesn't work because of permissions or windows updates are not installed, it downloads windows 10 and gives me the error.
