Hmm... Overall I think Win8(.1 update 1) is better than Win10.

I like windows 10 when I have now tried it almost a year or so. It's easy to start with if you come from windows 7 (the still by far biggest OS in terms of users), but it has some nice improvements some tools, like cmd.exe, taskmanager, copy dialog, that we previously have had to replace with third party programs (powershell, process explorer, teracopy). And more.

One thing that bothers me a little: when I first installed windows 10 I mistyped my username, and this profile gets backed up in cloud. So now if sign in with my microsoft account it automatically fetches that profile, making me have two user profiles in windows 10. So I have chosen not to use microsoft account, but then I can't install modern apps from the store.

Anyone knows how to remove a faulty profile from the cloud? I suspect that in the long run it will be annoying to not login with a microsoft account.

I don't know what it would take for SW developers to get with the program and make applications that conform to windows themes, probably too lazy or too much work involved. Like this, even if only Apps are left, there's a lot of different looks from one to another one. I like to have legacy drop menu on top of programs (File, Edit, View etc), but that's me.
