    aleksicbre,

    Welcome to the forum!

    Please check the following:
    Right-click on shortcuts and .exe's causes screen to blink + no menu

    ShellExView can be used for solving context-menu problems, and does not require installation:
    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html
    Just right click and Select: Run as Administrator

    Hi, @aleksicbre:

    Please stay with @cottonball for further help on this...:)

    But, if I may, I have a question or two.
    It sounds from your post that this computer might be a used or refurbished machine.
    (The reason I mention this is that your specs say it's an older Pentium processor, but your post says that you just recently bought this laptop running Windows 10....)

    If it is a used or refurbished system, is Windows properly activated and fully updated ("patched")?
    When you type "winver" (without the quotes) into the search box in the lower left of your display, what does the resulting dialog window tell you? (A screen shot might be helpful.)

    <Just a thought>

    @MoxieMomma,

    Thanks for your query. We need to make sure there are no other circumstances involved... :)

    @aleksicbre,

    When you run ShellExView, click on Options, then click on:
    1. Hide All Microsoft Extensions

    2. Filter by Extension Type
    Select Context Menu from the list that appears.

    On ShellExView, do you see any entries where Type shows Context Menu?

    Post back on how many, and we will press on.
    Thanks.
