SCEP Certificate enrollment initialization Failed Event ID 86 Errors

Hello all. I'm getting the messages below at every boot. I usually get two or three each time all similar with the exception of the IDs changing. I've scoured the net but found nothing on this. Just curious if anyone else has seen these and if so how to get it resolved. They've been happening since day one of my Windows 10 Pro install. I've attempted a reinstall but get the same messages. I'm only getting this on my Dell Latitude E7270 unit. My Dell Inspiron 7559 does not throw these messages. Something to note is that this is a standalone laptop so not connected to a domain etc. Thanks for any info if anyone has any!

For now the only workaround I manage to do to avoid the error was disabling TPM on the UEFI.

    -=Edit=-

In TaskManager, Microsoft, Windows, CertificateServicesClient there's a task called AikCertEnrollTask
In the field result of last execution: the same error ( not found 404)

I disabled that task (for now) and enable again the TPM.

Wow... you know, the timing of when I ran into this issue had me convinced it was a major tinkering mistake I'D made... I'm honestly *still* skeptical that I actually didn't cause this!

Regardless, my taskbar does not load, shortcut keys like Windows Key + E do not function, and even after I DO access File Explorer by alternative means, the search bar is not responsive at ALL. The kicker (a good, hard kick too... right to the head) is that both System Restore attempts with 2 different restore points have failed.

To my total surprise and confusion, the first attempt failed due to something associated with NVidia... I wanna say the shader cache, but I wasn't an attentive troubleshooting tech at that point, seeing my saving grace had failed....

    [EDIT]
I'm in the process of turning off the TPM security in the BIOS right now... Pessimistic but fingers crossed.

During my upgrade from W10>W11 I had same issues - they began with configuring W10 for upgrade to W11. After the upgrade I had a couple additional issues (while trying to troubleshoot this error) - basically were running amuck. I couldn't get to any prior Restore Points. But, I did manage to conjure up a resolution (I'm still running W11). I went into the BIOS, I deleted the TPM keys and created new TPM keys. The PC rebooted with no issues and I was back to working W11 OS. I still had a couple issues and I could now perform a Restore which worked flawlessly. I obviously lost some files going back to a previous Restore Point, but the W11 OS has been working fine. I still have the SCEP Certificate enrollment initialization Failed Event ID 86 Error in Event Viewer, but I can live w/ it until a certified resolution resolves the issue. HTH
