Refresh very very low on desktop or folder when copy or move files

    Refresh very very low on desktop or folder when copy or move files


    Is some time that when i copy or move files on different folders or also files from folders to desktop, the file copied or moved appear after time, not immediately also if the dimesion is very little.
    Sometime i must select refresh on desktop or F5 on folder to see files copid...
    This happend from more or less 20 days and i dont know the solution.

    The computer apart this run well...

    No suggestions, i have 8GB ram but pheraps i must select virtual memory on manual and not automatic ?

    In my case i delete a network resources not connected but linked in my expolorer...now if i copy or dlete files the refresh is immediately
