How do I pin "language" (for typing) to Taskbar

Recently I performed "Clean Install" of Windows 10 Home, version 1607 following the instructions of your "Tutorial". I had two partitions in my Hard Disk - one for the OS & Programs & the other for Data. Though I opted for "Keep Nothing" the process did not erase the "D" drive. The installation process halted midway with the message "Searching for display driver". I have AMD Radeon HD 7640G Display Adapter. So I had to download the driver from AMD site. The file downloaded from the AMD site installed some additional programs like RAPTR (Gaming Involved). While running "Windows Update" subsequently the updating process got struck up at 75% while downloading KB3194496. It took a few hours to complete. My problem is I do not find "language" pinned to Taskbar RH corner after "Clean Install". I frequently switch language during typing. Any solutions?
