Hey. That is the latest I guess you can call "offical" TP version of Windows 10 released by Microsoft.

Download Windows 10 Insider Preview ISO - Microsoft Windows

However, there are a few higher versions that have been "leaked" out and are floating around the web. I'm running build 10125 that I downloaded yesterday which was leaked 2 or 3 days ago I believe. I'm running it via Virtual Machine on top of my 8.1 install. I posted a screenshot if you care to see the version number.

I'm not sure what changes have been done since your version then going to the one I am running. Can't help you there. Sorry.

Build 10122 is the latest 'official' release available only through Windows Update.

10122 is a lot better than 10074 as well. Upgrade when you can.

From my experience every new build released this year has been an improvement over the previous releases. :)

It's the latest release that you can get an ISO from Microsoft for. Build 10122 has been released as an upgrade on the fast ring, but it seems no ISO will be forthcoming for it. Also, there won't be a slow ring upgrade for Build 10122.

There are usually two releases available at any given time, not including unofficial leaked versions

The FAST ring might be equated to a beta release - these can only be installed though Windows Update.
The SLOW ring might be equated to the most recent stable release.
An ISO is only available for the most recent stable release.

    As of this writing
10.0.122 is the 'beta' and can only be installed through Windows Update
10.0.074 is the most recent stable release - that's the version of the ISO on the Insider's download page.

I've seen posts where members try to update from an older version (9926 or 10041) and have difficulty. So it might be advisable to use the current ISO to upgrade a Win10 install first, then move up to the 'beta' by changing to the FAST ring if you're not opposed to bleeding edge technology.

I have not done a Win10 upgrade install on any version using the ISO, so Caveat emptor!
