You could start by filling up your system specs.

Booting speed is usually associated with AHCI/SATA Controller driver. Make sure, you are using using the updated driver, not the default Microsoft driver. Again filling up your motherboard info would help.

You can use Driver Easy Free to check for drivers, but download them elsewhere, once you know, what you are missing.

First install - Download Intel® Chipset Device Software (INF Update Utility) - it helps Windows to identify hardware.

Then use Intel® Driver Update Utility - it should detect and download all needed drivers, including missing SATA.

You can also check Windows Update, once INF Utility is installed, Windows should be able to find the rest for you.

It found the INF Utility, because you do not have it installed yet, at first install it, restart, then use the update utility.
