Windows 10 Pro is the bloated version but it is only 300MB bigger than Enterprise and only 1.3GB bigger than LTSB (I'm talking about the windows directory here).
Drivers, temp files, Downloads would explain some differences but in a working system but you should never have an extra 8GB here - it seems a bit much...
Have a look with TreeSize - you should find it easily. You may have some process writing huge amounts to log or temp files - it happens...
I still run WinXP. It is speedy, it runs with a relatively small footprint both in terms of HDD (Windows folder is 2.5GB included all KB backups) and RAM (under 100Mb by OS apps).

I am downloading the update manually. Have others had the same issue with windows update not showing the update?
