EmpathizedMethodology.dll, any one here knows this file?

I get a message that this file can not be activated ,every time I turn on my computer. any clue what does it do and how can I eliminate this message?

I didn't come up with anything while doing a Google search on the file. I would check your start up items for anything strange then run some malware scans.

Thanks , unfortunately, I also googled with no success.

I will look deeper into my start up, malware scan of McAfee did not find anything ...
