Hello. Is there any way to get back the 1511 start menu? Since the Anniversary Update it changed and I really would prefer the previous one, however I cannot find anything in settings or on the internet about how to get it back. Is it even possible? Thanks.
Hi, once again, sorry, no. So many have asked. MS has changed the design- please read the many articles on the anniversary changes. Best option - 3rd party start menu. I use Classic Shell (free).

I use a 3rd Party Program called Classic Shell.
You can fully customize the Start Menu: change the items listed there, have different buttons there, change the start button icon, etc. There's too much to list.
Classic Shell is excellent. I configure it so mouse hover opens Classic Shell and mouse click opens Windows Start so you can have access to both menus :)
