    I need to disable SvcGroup

Hi all. I'm having plenty of services that has a random number to it, it seems to be some kind of user group sharing thing, like if it shares with another user. I don't know why it does it i have no other user added and also this is something new, i did not have these for maybe a week ago.

I don't like it and i want to disable them all or disable the cause behind the grouping. If i disable the services with the numbers, it just renames itself with new number at restart and gets enabled again. Please help me prevent this from happening.
I think it has to do with something called "SvcGroup"

EDIT: i dont think its related to SvcGroup, because it was only one that had it in the name. The other ones dont, so never mind SvcGroup

    Hello @BlackVen0m,

I just had a look at mine for you and AarSvc_3d6c4 [ Agent Activation Runtime_3d6c4 ] only has one entry.

If you look at the Dependencies Tab, you will see that it has NONE.

    I need to disable SvcGroup-image.png

    I hope this helps.

Thanks, but i really want to disable what is causing the random number services, there are multiple of them that are not just 1 instance but a duplicate of a service that is already there but without random number. So i want to disable all the duplicates AND what is causing the random number services. Is there any software that does this? It seems like Chamelon Monitor could do this but i cant get it to work at all, if anyone knows how to set it up so that it blocks any new instance of the random number services that change every time i system restart, please let me know

Microsoft has taken to using more and more 'per-user' services to prevent users from 'fiddling' with them. With each iteration of Windows, more and more 'parent' services are being changed to 'template' services and protected from changes whilst also spawning these 'per-user' child services.

Have a look at the Per-user services in Windows 10 and Windows Server Microsoft document for more information.

You (and third-party tools) now need to work on the parent 'template' service in order to have the 'per user' child service spawned as stopped or disabled.

    Hope this helps...

I fixed it!!! For any one with the same issue, you need to go to registry and change the DWORD "UserServiceFlags" to "0" if you want to revert change it to "3". If that DWORD is missing, just create one. Don't create one in the service with the random number in it but only in the one without the numbers with the same name. :) This will prevent windows creating new random number services!!

EDIT: This broke alot of stuff thats because if you find a single random number service that one you can disable on its own and i did not see anything broken, but if you disable by putting "3" on the one with the same name as the random number one, you are disabling that service as a whole and not just the random number one, so you will be without that service yourself and that will break things. So i had to enable them and only 1 or 2 had random number without having the same service name but without number that i could disable and have not seen any effects from. So yeah, unfortunately i have to have them enabled
