Not shutting down properly or at all (Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview)

Every time i want to shut down my computer this screen appears
Not shutting down properly or at all (Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview)-win10-shutdown.jpg
But after a while it returns to my Desktop even if i press force shutdown.
I'm sure i have closed any apps that may keep it awake.

Does anyone else experience this or know how to resolve?

    Hi,
Welcome to the forums, go to Power Options, click "Choose what the power buttons do", click "Change settings that are currently unavailable", untick Fast start-up. HTH.

OK, then try upgrading Intel Management Engine Interface driver in Device manager, first try the upgrade, if that doesn't help try the rollback to previous driver.
    It's under System devices.

EDIT: If the above method doesn't fix the problem, try opening cmd and run as admin, enter powercfg h off make note of space between g and h, h and o.
