Just out of curiosity .. why would you want to pay a subscription to use Windows 10??
Because I have not enough money to pay for one-time purchase.
I find it easier to pay 10 euros for a month, each month, than paying 100+ euros for a licence. I live in Greece, and if you see some news, you know what is going on here.

Sorry, but I don't pay attention to the news in Greece. And in a lot of cases Win10 is free. EDIT: And the fee would not be a payment plan it would be a monthly fee due each month.
