    It's free under certain conditions. If you don't meet those conditions you have to pay for it.

    Sorry, but I don't pay attention to the news in Greece. And in a lot of cases Win10 is free.
    EDIT: And the fee would not be a payment plan it would be a monthly fee due each month.

    Lease to own, would be a good plan in a situation like that. I don't see them ever doing it, but food for thought Microsoft. :)
