You shouldnt use file recovery software for a formatted drive you use a special unformat software there is lots of free one Free unformat hard drive with EaseUS unformat freeware.
I tried finding the free unformat program in your post by going to the EaseUS website. Either I'm not looking in the right place or EaseUS is not listing it on their home page. How did you find it? Yes I know I can use your link. I just want to make sure of links before I click on them.

Before downloading I wanted to check the EaseUS website for the link. I checked the EaseUS web site and I can't find the program listed anywhere. If it really is a EaseUS program and they want to keep it hidden I'll pass.

    2) MiniTool Partition Wizard Free Edition
->How to Make Partition Recovery | MiniTool Partition Wizard Tutorial

and yes ... they are on the MiniTool website

Bump. Same problem. The names are perfect, some files are fine, many of them have folder directory file extension meta data in the content... which give the impression of a coding problem. Even paragraphed, but in computer gobbltyguk language.

Future searchers, I hope this helps:
    W/5Q5;-=%!57=#15!'=95/=#%!5!'5%=

If you copy these scrambled bits and paste it in a txt file, you can then open that file in a tool like WinHex or Hex Workshop.
    ...
put these bits in a txt file and open it with WinHEX tool. ... shift one bit to left or to the right .... .... shift 1, 2, until 10 bits to the left or to the right.
