go and read the first post , I clearly talked about me putting this opinion on Microsoft's windows uservoice (so yes I already sent it directly to Microsoft)
I did read your first post. I just re-read it. User Voice is not "feedback". Nowhere in the Insider Hub is "User Voice to be found. Not in Forums, Blogs, anywhere. User Voice is a general purpose Windows Users site that includes MS Support. buying Tablets, etc.

Your post, and stated wish, is specific to Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview, and may be best expressed directly in the provided Feedback App. This is where the developers are most likely to look.

You are free to post anywhere you wish, I was merely suggesting a possible more direct route to getting your desires heard by MS.

they are the current way of distributing x86 apps , I know you hate it , me too , that's why Windows store need to fix this
Of course I hate stuff like that, full of malware, adware and all kinds of junkware, that's why I restrict my downloads to only couple of places if I can't get SW from it's developer but those are just "Programs", not strictly Apps as defined by MS Store (aka Metro Store). For now at least, those are desktop applications and for MS to stop ability to use desktop applications would more or less mean suicide from ambush for MS.

we already heard that Adobe will release photoshop and premiere elements , this cut is not a problem for developers considering that offering it on their own server will cost a lot of money especially if the app is big (this cut is a standard that developers already adapted with it)
Cant remember if you mentioned you have a Mac or not

Can you check out Photoshop Elements/Premier Elements in the store and let me know if they include the Organizer software

From when I was a Mac user, this part wasn't allowed in the store due to the nature of what it does (browses whole machine for files)

Wondering if this has been overcome now and the complete package is in the OS X store

    Cheers

You do know that installing programs and apps is not the only way to infect a computer?

I am sure Microsoft will allow people to download the take ownership registry file through the store. I am not going to be restricted where I downloaded from.

Even Linux allows you to use third party Personal Package Archives at your own risk, that how I installed grub customizer.
Well in the Enterprise you want to turn off downloading from everywhere and allow IT staff to have admin rights to install the specific apps needed by the users.

Facts have bad habit of interfering with opinions.

Malware, virus, security... that's the bottom line right? There's an app for that.
As for your family dowloading bad stuffs... you can't fix that by changing the norms. It's all about knowing what to do to protect yourself and how to easily fix those issues. For protection, get Malwarebytes, SuperAntispyware and AV of your choice (Free versions will do). To fix problems, create a 15minute image backup using free Macrium. Done. You don't have to spend anyhting but a little bit of your time.
