Yep, it's stable and seems a bit faster for me too.

What I don't like is that no customization and settings have been preserved, that's one. Another is that all my OS-tied software activations were gone and I needed to re-activate several tools I use. Finally, I can see that some nice productivity utils that refer to OS elements display don't work correctly, but obviously that's not OS fault :)
I had the same issues, somewhat annoying.

Anyone Help Me With This ? My Problem After Anniversary Update

I Cant Open VIA Control Panel to Setting EQ
I'd do what it says, install the 64 bit version of the corresponding software (if there is any). Apparently you are trying to use a 32 bit version.

Back to original topic: I had to do a clean install, just too many little annoyances that had probably been introduced by all the upgrades had done (8 > 8.1 > 10 > Threshold 2 > Annyversary Update). Now everything runs smoothly, I must admit that MS has managed to surprise me in a positive way. Currently I'm really enjoying Windows 10. Let's see what the future might bring. If I only got the network connection of the Linux subsystem working...
