How to fix Quick Access and This PC so links point to the same place

I have a dislike for Windows OneDrive so I removed it from my system. However doing that has caused my Quick Access and This PC links to not work together correctly. For example, Quick Access > Downloads points to C:\Users\jack6\Downloads and This PC > Downloads points to Downloads, which is actually D:\jack6\Desktop\Libraries\Downloads. So is there a way I can correct what is being shown and what is actually where ? (There was a time when the "Explorer" on Windows actually reflected the real directory structure of the system, but obviously that is not the case any longer.)
    Thanks

    Hi, you might try
Restore Default Settings of Library in Windows 10
    Option 2

I recommend you back up its content first just to be safe.

Thanks, but just looked and that is not what I need. It is not the Libraries locations that are the issue.

Quick Access and Libraries seem to merely be shortcuts to the folders and files in C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\.

If they were "just" shortcuts I would be able to change them, but I can't. What I am trying to understand is "where" they get the "PATH" from that they use ? If I could figure that out I'd figure out a way to change it.

Why not delete the library - folder too if you wish- and create it from scratch, then?
