    Diagnostics Test

     HDD TEST

    Note   Note
Run the tests on all hard drives/partitions!

Please run HDTune first, in the order posted!

    Run HDTune to
    • check the health,
    • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    • run a benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following
    • the health,
    • the error scan,
    • the benchmark incl. following
      • transfer rate,
      • access time,
      • burst rate,

I'm unable to do the "write" test under benchmark has I have to format the drive, and I can't because there's data that can't be deleted (clients pc) but it has thrown up a few errors warnings and attentions bud.

That's ok, the write test isn't requested anyways ;-)

Let me know when you finished the tests.

Hi the one Hard drive failed the Long Generic test, could that be the cause of the BSOD's?
