Hello.
After updating to the latest version of Kaspersky Internet Security and Zemana AntiMalwarre, when I try to shutdown the PC it freezes at "Stopping Services" white type against a blue background.
Any suggestions as to how to solve this will be most appreciated.

It is strongly recommended that you run only one antivirus program at a time. Having more than one antivirus program active in memory uses additional resources and can result in program conflicts and false virus alerts. If you choose to install more than one antivirus program on your computer, then only one of them should be active in memory at a time.

I don't believe that Zemana AntiMalware is incompatible with KIS, but please correct me if I a wrong. I thought that ZAM, similar to, but different from, say, HitMan Pro, is a second opinion malware scanner.
