I see from your specs that you have 2 drives one is an SSD an the other HDD. I am now confused over which drive you have been testing. Seatools does not give valid data for an SSD. You need to check with the Manufacturer for a suitable test.

Ok, I have run ssdlife diagnostic on my ssd and it has come back as extremely healthy. I guess that means that there are no issues with the drive. Both seatools and this ssdlife seem to indicate that the drive is fine. If we eliminate hardware issues, are there any software issues that we can investigate?

Can anyone help me on this? I am at my wits end. I have removed the driver, reinstalled it, check the hard drives, etc. I can't figure this out. I can't do a system restore. I tried to roll back to 8.1, but it says I have to remove my user account. But when I go to remove the user account, it isn't there.

    Hello SirScott13 :)

I'm sorry no one else has come up with ideas, this has to have something to do with a change that occurred in the last 2 weeks. Was it as soon as you upgraded to W10 or did you run with no issues on W10 for a long period?

You can review the reliability history of W10 to see what updates occurred and if you know the approx. date when this started you can try and list the changes that were made around that time. Type reliability in the search box and open the app to view the Reliability History.

You do not list details of your motherboard, there may well be an update to the BIOS that can be applied or there may be other drivers for your MB that can be updated. It is possible that an update to the MB could have been applied automatically by Microsoft in one of its updates and this needs to be rolled back, the reliability history should give a clue to this.

I hope you can find something that we can work on!
