Should i upgrade to 10?

so after i upgrade to 10 i can revert back to 7 again right. And after that can i still go back to 10 again anytime i want?

i have decided to upgrade to 10. However i am stuck at the" starting download" blue screen page for very long. Is this normal how long should i wait?

I wonder does upgrading to Window 10 solve this problem? I can upgrade straight way. Theres a option at my notification bar to do so.

Never use an upgrade as a possible fix. You have something going on that needs to be taken care of FIRST. The upgrade might just compound the situation since you don't know what is causing it.

Assuming you have access to your license key, you could download the Windows 10 iso file, back up your data, and then do a clean install right to 10.

I wouldn't waste my time with the upgrade options, but if you are trying to upgrade then get the Media Creation Tool.
