It sounds like driver issues. When you do the clean install, what do you do next? I found I needed to just wait while it found the necessary drivers - a notification pop up said it was looking for them, so I waited. Sure enough it found all of them. So it can be good to wait 10 to 15 minutes while it sorts the drivers. When it's done that, Windows update tends to just open up to tell you to do the updates. Then when it's all updated you can start adding programs. Maybe try running it without all your programs added for a day and see how it is - it could be a program you've installed isn't compatible. Windows defender updates as well so you can get started and then put your own antivirus on later when you've checked everything is running ok. It just overrides Defender then. Maybe try that - just waiting after clean install and not installing anything else - drivers or programs but just let Windows update and install everything. What specs are your laptop? ie model, processor, graphics? If it has Nvidia graphics it could be a driver issue. I have a laptop with Nvidia and there isn't a driver for the graphics, but it doesn't sound like that - more related to your network adapters. That might happen on restart a few times, and you have to reconnect to the internet, but give it a bit of time to find all the drivers.

It only updated once. I have done anything since yesterday when I did another clean install. So far it is still working but do not trust it.

If it happens again see if you are able to roll back the driver.

In Device manager double click on the problem device, Click on the driver tab and if it is not greyed out you can revert to an older driver.

If that works you can stop Windows from updating drivers with this Tutorial from TenForums.

Well here is the other deal that keeps happening. Whenever it sleeps I cannot get it to wake up I have to shut down the computer and restart it. I am s frustrated with 10. I have done a sfc/scan and checked for errors and it says it is fine.

Have you tried changing the sleep settings in power settings? Sometimes it's just a case of getting the hang of the new settings. I tell mine to never go to sleep :). Glad it's ok since your last install. It can take 20 mins or so before all the drivers are installed.

Just try it out for a bit before putting all your programs and personal files on. I've found it very stable once the drivers are installed, and once I've activated system restore and changed a few settings.
