Don't worry about that app, if you don't have it installed. :) Those are just default apps CCleaner puts in their app.
But you need to run your Windows update soon as possible. You might have used a VERY Old Windows ISO file to update your computer, that is why you are running a very old version. The latest Windows ISO is much newer than the ISO you used. :)
Going back to the original question I recommend:
- Run sfc /scannow to check the installation
- Create an All Tasks shortcut see https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4...dows-10-a.html
- Run a Belarc Advisor report to check the installation and report missing updates
- Install Classic Shell and configure it to use mouse hover to open the Classic Shell menu and left click to open the Windows Start Menu
- Confirm the Windows recovery options using reagentc /info
- Check the boot configuration with bcdedit /enum
- Check System Restore is enabled if you want to use it
- Make a baseline Macrium Refeflect system backup as soon as you have a working activated Windows 10 installation and again after you have configured your installation
- Compare the driver versions installed by Windows 10 with the manufactuer's drivers for your PC. Generally it's best to keep the Windows 10 installed drivers apart from using the latest WHQL graphics drivers.

Something I noticed yesterday while using File Explorer. In Win7 below the toolbar, were a few tabs or buttons, one of which was "New Folder" or "Add Folder". Now in File Explorer I have the R-Click the window, > New > Folder, to add a folder each time. It seems hardly any of my Win7 settings were preserved when updating to Win10. Anyway, how do I add a New Folder tab into the File Explorer windows?

Starting with OldMike65's suggestion to update my Win10 ASAP, I used Windows Update and the latest update it installed was a security update from yesterday and there was another it installed today. I had it check for updates and it said my system is up to date. What does this mean, if you say it's old?
