    What is Apps.ppkg in c:\Recovery\Customizations?

Windows 10 home running on an alienware 17.

I just checked to see why I'm getting low on system space and found this thing

apps.ppkg in the c:\Recovery\Customizations folder at 4+ GB...

What is it? Can I delete it? If not, how do I shrink it?

Hello? Bad question? Question already answered?

Anybody? How do I get rid of this thing, or if I can't, shrink it?

I have two Folders only on my Win10 Insider Preview Desktop computer, not on any of my Win10 released Desktops or Notebooks [the Free Upgrades]. One Folder is named Recovery and the other is RecoveryImage. The 2nd Folder was created the first time and is over 4GB, mine back in April 2015. One of the files is the install.esd that can be converted to an .iso file to be used in burning a DVD for reinstalling, but it is quite old. The C:\Recovery Folder shows its size as 0 and can't be accessed. I probably could delete the RecoveryImage Folder since I've done all the newer builds since April 2015.
