Windows 10 guess the RTM release date - $1000 prize

Thanks Derek and Kari for clarifying this RTM definition. I did not want to confuse the issue (should have looked into the Wiki) but I come from another computer world where Release to Manufacturer did not exist.

I'M still working on 50 meaningful post.
