Empty control window after Windows10 update

When one starts a program which requires admin rights by clicking its icon in one screen,
the Windows 10 acticates it in another screen - which is ok - but the windows activated is empty (blank) which is not ok!

Howerver, if that window is moved to another screen
it is not empy anymore and you can use it normally!

It looks like each Windows 10 update has more problems managing more than one monitor!

Is this a problem with the monitor not refreshing? Have you tried swapping the monitors around to see if it is the connection or the monitor? It may be the W10 update but which version are you on now?

Monitor is OK - also the rest of hardware i.e. this is a software error.

This error was not in Windows 7, Vista nor in Windows 8 - it has been in Windows 10 right from the beginning.

I'm using the latest Window 10 Pro update.

This error happens only for those activated programs which need admin permission to run.

    Notes:
    1) Windows 10 (W10) update destroys NVIDIA display drivers
    2) after each W10 update the working system with two NVIDIA GPU cards each managing a high resolution monitor
    a) has only one monitor working
    b) has a basic and poor resolution
    3) forces to reinstall NVIDIA drivers and restart several times
    4) once one has the high resolution display system with two monitors
    a) deskptop must be reorganized again
    b) main monitor may have been changed
    c) this error may not arise depending on which monitor is the new main monitor

How to prevent Microsoft to update NVIDIA display drivers which might also solve this problem ?

You can turn off how windows updates your drivers if you want too.
    Go into Control Panel
    click System and Security
    click on System
    Click on Advanced System Settings
    Click on Hardware Tab
Then you'll see Device Installation Settings Screen
    Choose your option.

    Thanks!

    Actions taken:
    1. went into Control Panel
    2. clicked System and Security
    3. clicked on System <-- third icon from top
    4. clicked on Advanced System Settings <-- lowest on left
    5. clicked on Hardware Tab
    6. saw Device Installation Settings Screen <-- Do you want to automatically download manufacturer's apps and custom icons available for your devices
    7. chose No (was Yes)

    Notes:
    a) have tried before and did not help, but trying again miracles to pop up
    b) instructions provided by MS for Yes option are erroneous and false because Windows 10 update deletes existing NVIDIA drivers and
installs Microsoft drivers supporting only one display monitor and with poor resolution i.e. NOT those designed by NVIDIA

    Status:
    * unresolved how to KEEP working NVIDIA drivers for two NVIDIA GPUs each managing one high resulition monitor and GPU computing!
