The module IDTNC64.dll is crashing explorer. Did you install any audio software before the problem started? Please look at this article. And thanks for the winver shot.

    windows.exe keeps crashing every second : Windows10
I didn't install any audio software at all.
According to the top reddit post, should i go ahead and uninstall IDT Audio, restart, and let windows reinstall it?

That sounds like an excellent idea! It may be a piece leftover from your 8.1 ---> 10 upgrade. That certainly can't hurt to try.

Control panel is all fixed now. IDT audio didn't reinstall but i've gotten audio from YouTube videos and i've tested audio in Volume Mixer, so that's good.
    Thanks for the Help!

i had the same issue. Just deleted the IDTNC64.CPL file from the c:\windows\system32 folder, and now everything works just fine ... at the same time i disabled the entry for the file in services, just to be sure.

This issue arose for me when i installed Classic Start Menu (start menu replacement), as when this tried to load it just crashed, taking Windows Explorer with it, then went into a start/crash loop. I guess CS tries to load all the CPL files into its start menu listings causing the crash.

This issue has been ongoing since the Windows 10 original release 2 years ago. Makes you wonder why either IDT or MS havent addressed the issue.
