Control panel causes explorer.exe to restart

When every i open control panel, it opens for about 2 seconds, closes, and explorer.exe (The taskbar, desktop) "refreshes".
Any ideas how to fix this?

    P.S. sfc/scannow couldn't repair some stuff. I attached the sfcdetails.txt

If SFC fails to repair some files, it is better to opt for DISM.

Your SFCDETAILS indicates it was some Avast components that could not be verified. Avast is a 3rd party Anti-Virus. I would suggest you completely uninstall Avast thru Programs and Features, then download the following Avast Uninstall Utility | Download aswClear for Avast Removal and run it, following the instructions carefully. Then reboot and see if the problem persists. TC

EDIT: There is a similar problem with upgrading to Windows 10 from Win 7 and involving Avast discussed here: Solved HELP with SFC after DVD upgrade to 10 please - Windows 10 Forums

I uninstalled avast but it didnt fix it. I upgraded from Win 8.1 to Win 10, but that shouldn't be a problem cause i used to be able to open control panel (Don't ask how long ago, i've had this problem for a while)

Since you have uninstall Avast, could you do the sfc /scannow again, please, and post the results.

I installed win 10 long ago, around august when it first came out. I used to be able to open control panel in win 8.1 and win 10. But a few months ago, when i opened the control panel, it closed on me and refreshed my desktop.

I'll try to upload the log in event viewer when sfc scan is finished

The module IDTNC64.dll is crashing explorer. Did you install any audio software before the problem started? Please look at this article. And thanks for the winver shot.
