Steve, nice effects in your video, and you gave me enough time to read the "preview", also I really like(and find it most appropriate) that you use the Ten Forums wallpaper as your desktop background during the video.

I've been thinking about the video instructions lately. I love them because they finally "show" me what I'm supposed to do. There's just one drawback, though. Once the video is viewed, if I want to see something again, I have to watch the video again. And again, what with my slow uptake at times. I must say that I think I'm stepping off into a realm of dis-satisfaction, when in fact, I'm very satisfied with the videos.

And now to my question/suggestion: Would it be possible to accompany the videos with written document that could be followed along with the video.

    Am I asking too much?

My first idea was that each video would "belong" to a tutorial. In some cases this already is like that, for instance our resident tutorial guru Brink has added some of these videos to his tutorials. I also have added videos to my tutorials.

I think this should be fully cross referenced. I will need to go through all the videos we have already and see if there is already a written tutorial on that subject. I need to edit the video list, add a fourth column and put the tutorial links there in case there already exists a tutorial of that subject. If not then it's up to us members to pick a subject from the ones with no tutorial and write them :).

I will do it this week, can't promise an exact day, though.

Wow! I had no idea, although I was vaguely aware that there would probably be written tutorials.

Thank you, Kari. I am sure I'm not the only one who'll appreciate this extra effort.

I've also had another attempt at a video.

This one shows how to install 10 Preview in Oracle Virtualbox.

I hope it's useful to someone.

That is a good one David. A lot of users use 10 only on virtual machines, I am sure this will get quite a few views :). Added to the list.
