Crossbrowser, yessearches...yes, you are infected and may even have a rootkit or two.
A similar infection can be found "cleaned" over at BleepingComputer:
Recurring adware/malware installation - Am I infected? What do I do?

So, if you're still having problems, you might want to read through that thread. Perhaps Slartybart has some additional instructions for you.

It may, but if you have any rootkits, there is the possibility of them returning. In that case, either follow the instructions in the BleepingComputer thread, and then remove all restore points, else a clean install to an "unallocated" disk is the best bet.

It's best to post your questions here, so we can answer them here, and hopefully help others in the process. :)

oh, I see. Alright, so if I just follow the thread on how to unstall a clean win10, would that be enough? or will I need to follow the instructions in the BleepingComputer thread as well?

If you're good with a clean install, (because you have your needed software and data already backed up), then I would go ahead with a clean install, per the tutorial. Just be sure to delete all partitions on your OS drive, so that it becomes "unallocated", and let Windows make the partitions automatically when it installs. That way you will be sure to get rid of any rootkits that may exist on your system.

If you have any questions about the tutorial, please ask. :)
