    Windows 10 - Start Bar/Notification Center/PC Settings - Not Working!

Trying to open the start menu on the latest build with Project Spartan nothing opens. Right clicking it and using any icons on the start menu work fine but when I right click and select "Search" it opens but I can't click on any of the apps I search.

Opening Project Spartan on the start bar at the bottom says " Explorer invalid value for registry "
This same issue happens trying to open PC Settings in any possible way!

I have been told to unlink my account from Microsoft but there is no way to do this.

Please help this is driving me mad. I can't update Windows 10 either as I can't open the update page.

Reinstalling Windows 10 Tech didn't work either (This is latest build with Project Spartan)

Edit: Would also like to mention I tried logging in with a Guest Account and the issue was still there.

    Many Thanks

what build is this? 10041? The only recommendation I can give is just to start over again. It's not worth fixing your issues one at a time if you have nothing to save on your current installation (recently installed). Re-download the ISO (what you have right now may be corrupted), wipe out your hard drive ( I hope you are not dual booting) and clean install again.

Not an option to re install. Tried booting from the CD and every option I get is an error that it can't re install or remove the preview or even overwrite or format my partition to install fresh again.

Format the partition manually before popping up the CD. With error like that, you have to take action. It's just an error. It doesn't mean you cannot do anything.

Fixed it. Thank you! Found out an app "Advanced System Care" caused this issue as downloading it after re installing again broke it. All is fixed and working now though.
